What we’re looking for

Salespeople

Generate new business and build relationships to support growing septic service goals. Identify potential customers – including home builders, real estate agencies, and others – network, and build short-term and long-term sales and service pipeline. Strong collaboration and communications skills required.

Pump Truck Technicians Septic/ Grease (Experience and CDL preferred*)

Safely operate and maintain vacuum trucks for the pumping, transportation, and disposal of septic and grease waste. Excellent people skills and attention to detail are essential.

Estimators

Assess project requirements and provide accurate cost estimates for septic system installations, repairs, and replacements. Perform site evaluations, interpret blueprints and regulations, and prepare comprehensive quotes for residential and commercial clients.

Customer Service Representatives

Provide excellent support to our clients. Primarily handling inbound calls to schedule service appointments, provide quotes, and address customer inquiries. Looking for people with professionalism and efficient habits.

Installation Techs

Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial septic systems. This role involves excavating, assembling, and ensuring proper system functionality while adhering to local regulations and safety standards.
